Asana Yoga and Kundalini Yoga help the body back to normal breathing and burning. The yoga would enhance your vital capacity and oxygen content, as well as would allow you to totally release adenosine triphosphate (ATP), which makes you become full of energy. The real self could become transcendental and provide good health through rejuvenation, strong muscles and well built skeleton. The yoga would also bring you clear minded, focused, open hearted, and full of the vibration of joy, freedom and compassion.
Asana Yoga, to adjust tendons, detox and to strengthen body.
Kundalini Yoga, to enhance prana running and to improve vital capacity.
Anapanasati Yoga, to feel sensations caused by the breathing movement in the body through practicing in the context of mindfulness meditation.
Vipassana Yoga, to emphasize on Anapanasati Yoga first, then Vipassana Yoga. The meditator would need to develop Dharana first.
Samadhi Yoga, when the above four Yoga practices are mature and thorough, it would come naturally to the status of enlightenment.
