The ultimate purpose of the Yoga practice that we are promoting is to achieve relaxation totally: from muscles to tendons, even prana and chakras. Through Five Fundamental preparation of Dyanna Parazna Paramitta Yoga, including Asana Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Anapanasati Yoga etc, it will adjust prana, mood, emotion and thinking. It will gradually relax the long-term tension and pressure hold on body and soul, finally achieve the relaxation totally. At the same time, it helps activate the metabolic cycle of prana and awaken the self-healing ability of the body.
Accumulated tension and pressure will cause tremendous effects on body and mind, such as stiffness on shoulder and neck, frozen shoulder, hypoxia, air bound, gas knot, tightness on cranial nerves, headache, constipation etc. It will affect autonomic nervous system, and cause sleep disorder and problems on emotion, metabolism and endocrine. Finally, it will result in various degenerative and chronic diseases.
Through many years practice and promotion of Yoga and meditation, it is found that when we spend at least one or two whole days to learn and practice at an appropriate speedand relaxing mood every week, we will benefit greatly from it. When giving enough time for body to relax, it will gradually release the pressure on intestine and nervous systems, burn out the stiffness of shoulder and neck, supersede acids and toxins accumulated in body, and revitalize internal organs of the body. 1. Participant’s seat would be reserved after registration and payment settlement. Walk-in not allowed due to limited seat availability.

3. Booking of next class shall be made at least 24-hours in advance.
4. Offer of class must activate 30 days from your purchase date.
5. Full payment is required and non-refundable.
6. You must be at least 18 years of age to be entitled to the offer.

9. Class reservation can be cancelled at the most 24-hours before the class starts without additional cost incurred.
