Your Energy & Life co-exist in the ‘Wholeness’ and they have never fallen apart.  It’s only your perceptual sense separate ‘self’ from the ‘Wholeness’.

只有文字才能把“浪”跟“海”分開，其實海跟浪是無法分開的都是水。

所謂整體不是一種存在，它是抽象的代名詞

只存在於你的知覺之中，你的知覺什麼時候開始，整體就什麼開始，整體之外沒有什麼了，如果你超越了整體你就超越了二分性了。
‘Wave’ & ‘Sea’ can be separated when they are expressed in words & language. However physically ‘Wave’ & ‘Sea’ is water that cannot be separated.  ‘Wholeness’ is not an existence and it is defined as an abstract noun.  ‘Wholeness’ exists in our perceptual sense.  From the time our perceptual sense starts, ‘Wholeness’ will also start at the same time.  There is nothing exist beyond ‘Wholeness’.  Once we advance to ‘Wholeness’ we will advance to dualism.

You always think that you are “somebody” and that’s why you cannot accept that you are really “nobody”
