有方法未必就能連到靜心…
Idea to meditate may not happen into total silence …
但是、

若沒有前人留下的蛛絲馬跡⋯⋯
If without idea to meditate ….
要達到靜心可更鞎更難!
Total silence become mission impossible …
靜心…
Total silence ..
是代代前人所累積的經驗⋯⋯

Buddha teach five basic step to being total silence …
調身:體位瑜伽!調好身理體方便持久靜坐!
Body yoga for better sitting position !
調氣:拙火瑜伽!用呼吸吐納調好氣脈及肺活量!
Kundalini yoga for better breathing conduction !
調心:安挪班拿數息瑜伽。
Annapanna for breath counting that slow down the mind ….
調意:昆婆舍挪內觀瑜珈。
Vipasanna to visualise your body …
調神:三摩地頓悟瑜伽!,
Samadhi yoga to final enlighten !
然後再說六妙門!
It may start from the basic six step of breat counting !
佛陀的智慧、用數隨止淨的方法、以心制心的方式把頭腦把欲心安頓好⋯⋯
With the difference breath counting meter to seal the mind …
再用內觀的四外色定、見聞覺知再次肯定了欲心定及心一境!
To use vipasanna to again encounter the mind !
再用內觀的四內色定、肯定了色身的地水火風的四色定!
Than again vipasanna to view in to the four element of the body changer …
再用慈悲喜捨進入捨心觀!
Than to into total renunciation…
再入生命覺知的四空定!
And into four step of emptiness !
九秩第定!
Nine step into total silence …
九種大禪⋯⋯
Finally nine dyanna …
啊⋯⋯
Oh …..

The cord are there !
