- Participant after register and settle the payment. Your seat is completed reserve. Limited seats not allow walk in
- Participant must arrival 15mins before class, will not let you get into the class if your late arrival will effect the others. In case of special reason, please whatsapp 5919 1335 to contact out CS, thank you.
- Booking of next class shall be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Offer of class must activate 30 days from your purchase date.
- Full payment is required and non-refundable.
- You must be at least 18 years of age to be entitled to the offer.
- Students who have practiced at Gwan before are not eligible for the coupon code offer.
- Classes with * on schedule are not applicable for this intro offer.
- Class cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before the class start time without incurring a fee.
- Students using an Intro offer who book into a class but fail to attend will forfeit their class.
- Gwan reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms at any time.
- In case of dispute, Gwan reserves the right of final decision.
