Let’s Mandala Flow Yoga
Hello! I am Michaela, the founder of Eat. Feel. Live. I have been practicing yoga for about six years, on and off, but more recently have a consistent daily practice. Yoga has been a major tool in helping me through some difficult times in my life. I am excited to be able to share this powerful practice with you!
My passion is a holistic approach to mental health and kids health education. Each of my classes are designed with much love and intention, to help you break down any mental barriers you may be facing and begin/continue to heal your mind and your body. I believe that once we begin to heal ourselves in this way, we can translate this healing and love to the world around us.
I teach a mix of gentle flow and vinyasa classes, each with a very specific theme or intention. I emphasize the importance of alignment and posture in each pose and provide detailed cues, variations and adjustments that are easy to understand. This style of teaching allows you to get the most out of your practice and prevent any strain or injury.
